Hello, welcome to the SiteSellExperts.com monthly newsletter. 

As you may already know… My name is Judd Burdon and I work very closely with Ken Evoy  - I run the user/advisor program for SiteSell.com and provide valuable information and suggestions to people looking to start with the SBI program. 

I created this newsletter as a little bonus for you whether or not you are already an SBI user.

I want to start off by telling you that I am writing this newsletter in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to in the world. It is a place with a population of about 13,000 people and only about 39 square miles big – It is called “Anguilla”. It is a beautiful island in the Caribbean with aqua blue water that is 85 degrees and some of the nicest people I have met in the world. I am staying at a villa that we rent here until April 31^st/2004 – It should be a very interesting journey. 

Guess what the best thing about this is? I am still making money here with my four online businesses developed through the SBI system. I can literally work from anywhere in the world and earn a fantastic living without a boss. I fired him a long time ago :-)

Google Adsense:
Google Adsense has been a wonderful addition to the online industry in allowing online businesses to market PPC (Pay Per Click) Advertisers and yet earn ANOTHER stream of income with their online business.  

I presently have Google Adsense on 2 of my SBI sites that are earning approximately $25 per day each and it took me a whole 20 minutes to set them up…… Yes, I earn $1500 per month for about 6 square inches of space on my homepage and this doesn’t even include what I sell or promote on the sites and there has been no decrease in overall site conversions and inquiries…. Wow!

I mean the truth is I could build 5 to 6 online businesses with SBI, market them to strictly earn Google Adsense income and earn a hefty 3 to 4 thousand dollars per month………BUT, the good news is that you can do this and MORE….. You can earn multiple streams of income with your SBI site selling or promoting your main site concept.

FREE Yahoo message boards:
I was introduced to the Yahoo Groups Message board by Larry Pike (SBI Advisor http://www.sitesellexperts.com/larry-sbi-story.html) and was very interested in learning more about it. I researched it and found that it would be a great addition to ANY SBI site. It is free and so easy to set up. You can actually set up a message group in a matter of minutes. 

It is the easiest way for groups of people to communicate on the net.  

Things you can do on the Yahoo Message board: 

-         Discuss sports, health, current events, affiliate marketing, asphalt equipment :-).... and more.

-         Share photos & files, plan events, send an electronic letter.

-         And most Important…. Watch what your visitors have to say about your site and LEARN from it…… This is so important.

 Here are the instructions you need to follow to set up a free Yahoo Message Board. 

1)     Go to http://login.yahoo.com/config/login?.intl=us&.src=ygrp&.done=http://groups.yahoo.com%2Fstart

2)     If you are new to Yahoo you will have to sign up free by clicking on the “Sign Up Now” link. If you are already a Yahoo member you can just log in.

3)     You will then be brought to a page that asks you to put your site in a category and all you have to do is follow up the instruction. 

It is really so easy to do and FREE! 

You can then put a link on your site that goes to your message group like I have done for my new group for SiteSellExperts.com right here below.

Adding audio to your SBI web site:
I have been using audio on my SBI sites for over 6 months now and have been finding tremendous results. I get great feedback all the time on the step by step audio presentation that I have up at http://www.sitesellexperts.com/site-build-it.html. Just a little secret - I didn’t write a script, and it only took me about half an hour to record the whole presentation….. But, you want to know something? It works and I make more conversions then without.  

The key is to be personal and audio is just another step to get closer to your visitors. So many sites on the net are so corporate looking and frankly this does NOT sell as well as a nice clean personal site with a few pictures of yourself and a little audio presentation. Be friendly with your visitors and Welcome them to your site rather then trying to hard sell them. You can sell them later once you have gained their confidence and trust.  

Remember…. Ken Evoy famous words of wisdom:
